Optimistic about July 1 target for GST roll out: CBEC's Najib Shah

The Lok Sabha passed the crucial legislations needed to facilitate the historic goods and services tax (GST). In an interview to CNBC-TV18's Shereen Bhan, Najib Shah, Chairman of Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC), said that the law is in public domain and the rules will get firmed up in the next meeting of council.
